At Vapespot, we aim to provide the best service to our customers. All orders are shipped by DHL Express. All products available on the Vapespot Japan website are in Vapespot's stock and available for ordering.
Below are some important details about our shipping process:
Shipping Fee
- Orders over NZD$255: Free shipping with DHL Express
- Orders under NZD$255: Shipping via DHL Express is NZD$25
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Shipping Time
- Delivery to urban areas usually takes 3-5 business days, delivery to rural areas may take longer as it needs to be handled by your local courier.
Delivery Process
- Orders are shipped via DHL Express from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse.
Customs and Import Duties/Taxes
- Personal imports under 16,666 JPY (approximately NZD$170): No import duties or taxes will be charged.
- For orders between JPY 16,666 and JPY 100,000: Additional import fees may apply, payable to the courier upon delivery.
In accordance with personal import regulations, the total amount of E-Liquid must not exceed a one-month supply for personal use, which is calculated as a maximum of 120ml (our e-cigarettes range from 1.6ml to 18ml/unit).
Order Processing
- Orders received before 11am New Zealand time will normally be dispatched the same working day.
- Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days, but sometimes there are delays due to customs or courier processing. If a delay does occur, it is usually processed and dispatched within one day.
